Once you and the owner have agreed on dates and pricing, you will receive the owner's booking terms. These cover the deposit amount, payment schedule, cancellation policy, and any property-specific house rules.

All payments are made directly to the owner. We recommend purchasing group travel insurance before paying any deposit, particularly for larger bookings during peak periods.

No. Group Escape Houses does not charge guests an enquiry or booking fee for accommodation. Owners can choose a Free listing or an optional paid advertising plan. You agree the house price and booking terms directly with the owner and pay them directly. Experiences arranged through us are quoted separately, with our fee included in the quoted price.

Can I add experiences to my booking after it is confirmed?

Yes. Our experience add-ons — including private chef dinners, cocktail masterclasses, mobile spa treatments, and corporate activities — can be arranged at any point before your stay. Browse available experiences on our site and contact us or the experience provider to add them to your group trip.

What happens if I need to cancel my booking?
