Please note that property bookings themselves are made directly with owners via their listing pages, while experiences are coordinated through our team.

We recommend booking experiences at least 4-6 weeks in advance to ensure availability, particularly for popular activities like cocktail masterclasses, private chefs, and butlers in the buff which are in high demand during peak weekends and summer months. For Christmas and New Year experiences, booking 8-12 weeks ahead is advisable. However, we can sometimes arrange last-minute bookings subject to provider availability — it's always worth asking.

Changes to your experience booking can typically be made up to 14 days before your arrival, subject to provider availability. Cancellations within 14 days may incur a fee (usually 50-100% of the experience cost) depending on the specific provider. Full cancellation terms and conditions are provided when you confirm your booking. We recommend finalising your experience choices at least 3 weeks before your stay to allow flexibility for any changes.

Most of our experiences are designed for groups of 8-20 guests, which suits the majority of hen parties, birthday celebrations, and weekend breaks. Private chefs and mobile spa therapists can cater to any group size, while activities like cocktail masterclasses and life drawing sessions work best with 10-16 participants. Each experience price includes all necessary equipment, materials, ingredients, and instructor or provider fees — so there are no hidden costs. Cocktail masterclasses include ingredients for 3-4 drinks per person plus professional barware. Life drawing includes all art supplies, easels, and the model. Private chefs include food shopping, preparation, cooking, serving, and kitchen clean-up. Mobile spa treatments include all products and equipment.
