What hen weekend activities can you arrange?

Popular hen weekend activities include cocktail masterclasses, life drawing, spa treatments, private chefs and DJ entertainment, all delivered at the house so the group stays together. Tell us your dates and group size and we will confirm what is available in your area.

What birthday party activities do you offer for groups?

Birthday party activities range from private chefs and cocktail making to casino nights, afternoon tea and spa treatments. They work for milestone birthdays of any age, and because everything comes to the property there is no taxi run between venues.

Can we book group experiences separately or only with a property?

You can book experiences alongside your property booking or as standalone activities for groups staying at their own accommodation. Use our central contact form to enquire about any of our popular group experiences including cocktail masterclasses, private chefs, spa treatments, and more. Please note that property bookings themselves are made directly with owners via their listing pages, while experiences are coordinated through our team.

How far in advance should we book group experiences?

We recommend enquiring as early as you can, especially for popular activities like cocktail masterclasses, private chefs, and butlers in the buff which are in high demand during peak weekends, summer months, and the Christmas and New Year period — get in touch and we'll check what's available and confirm timing directly. However, we can sometimes arrange last-minute bookings subject to provider availability — it's always worth asking.

What is the cancellation policy for group experiences?

Your deposit is non-refundable. Cancel 42 or more days before the date and we refund the balance in full. Within 42 days the balance is not refundable. Full terms are on your quote.

What group sizes can your experiences accommodate?

Every experience lists the group size it runs for, and those limits differ — cocktail masterclasses and life drawing sessions work best with 10-16 participants, while catering and mobile treatments are quoted per group. For larger groups we can often arrange multiple sessions or find providers who specialise in bigger events. Check the size range on the experience itself, or contact us with your numbers and we'll confirm suitability.

Can we book multiple experiences during our group stay?

Combining multiple experiences throughout your stay is very popular and one of the best ways to create an unforgettable group weekend. A favourite combination is a cocktail masterclass on Friday evening arrival, mobile spa treatments on Saturday afternoon, and a private chef dinner on Saturday night. For Sunday, many groups add a bottomless brunch experience before departure. We'll help you plan the perfect schedule that fits your group's preferences and budget.

What's typically included in the experience price?

It varies by provider, so the experience page is the authority — each one lists its own inclusions, and anything not listed there should be confirmed before you book. As a guide, cocktail masterclasses typically cover ingredients and barware, life drawing the art supplies and the model, private chefs the shopping, cooking and kitchen clean-up, and mobile treatments the products and equipment. Your written quote states exactly what is covered for your group.

Can we customise or personalise group experiences?

Yes, many of our experience providers offer customisation to match your occasion. Cocktail menus can be tailored to include the guest of honour's favourite drinks, private chef menus can accommodate dietary requirements and preferences, and decoration themes can match your celebration's colour scheme.
