How much does it cost to list my property?

We offer Starter, Pro and Elite listing plans starting from £349 per year, inc. VAT. Plans are designed to suit different visibility needs. All plans include a full listing page, direct enquiries, and access to your owner dashboard.

How do enquiries work?

When a guest submits an enquiry on your listing, it goes directly to your registered email address. You then communicate with the guest directly to confirm availability, pricing, and booking terms. We do not sit in the middle of your communication or your booking process.

Do you take commission on bookings?

No. Group Escape Houses is a commission-free platform. You pay a fixed annual fee to list your property, and you keep 100% of the booking revenue you generate through our site — you keep more of every booking because we take no commission on bookings.

Can I sync my availability calendar?

Yes. Our platform supports iCal syncing, allowing you to import your availability from other calendars (like Airbnb, VRBO, or your own property management system) and export your Group Escape Houses calendar to keep everything in sync automatically.

What types of properties do you accept?

We specialise in luxury large group accommodation across the UK. To be listed, properties should typically sleep 10 or more guests and meet our quality standards for group suitability, including ample communal spaces, well-equipped kitchens, and high-quality furnishings.
