For owners

The “Featured on Group Escape Houses” badge

If your property is listed with us, you’re welcome to display this badge on your own website. It tells your visitors your house is part of a dedicated collection of UK group accommodation, and sends anyone who clicks it straight to your listing.

It’s entirely optional and always will be. Displaying the badge is not a condition of listing with us, it doesn’t affect where you appear in search results on this site, and you can remove it at any time.

Selecting your property links the badge straight to your listing, so visitors land on your own page rather than the homepage.

3. Copy the code

<a href="https://www.groupescapehouses.co.uk/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">
  <img src="https://www.groupescapehouses.co.uk/badges/featured-on-group-escape-houses.svg"
       alt="Featured on Group Escape Houses"
       width="220" height="76" loading="lazy" />
</a>

Paste it anywhere on your site — a footer, an “as featured on” strip, or your about page.

Where to paste it

Into your website builder’s HTML or code block — not a normal text box, or your visitors will see the code instead of the badge:

  • Wix: Add Elements → Embed Code → Embed HTML, choose “Code”, paste, Update.
  • WordPress: add a Custom HTML block (for the footer: Appearance → Widgets, or Editor → Footer).
  • Squarespace: add a Code block, not a Text block.
  • GoDaddy: add a section and choose HTML.
  • Weebly / Square Online: drag in Embed Code.

Then press Publish (or Update) in your builder. Until you do, the change is only in your editor and we can’t see it.

Simpler option: a plain link counts just the same. Type “Book on Group Escape Houses” in any text box, select it, add a link to https://www.groupescapehouses.co.uk/, and publish.

4. Tell us where you’ve put it

Listed with us? We check your website for the badge every few days and switch Featured on for 90 days, free, as soon as we find it — but only where we’ve been told to look. Tell us where it is and we check it straight away. Use the button in your Featured offer email, or log in to your owner dashboard and come back here, and you can give us the address on this page.

A few practical notes

  • The badge is a single SVG, so it stays sharp on any screen and adds almost nothing to your page weight.
  • It opens in a new tab, so visitors don’t lose their place on your site.
  • If you rename or move your listing, the code keeps working — come back here and copy it again if you’d like it re-pointed.
  • Not listed with us yet? List your property and you can use the badge once you’re live.
