Groups staying in a big house want things to do at the house or nearby. We bring them to you and take care of the parts that usually eat your evenings.

How it works

Three steps to your first booking

    Start in two minutes

    Your name, everything you offer with its price, and where you're based — local or nationwide. Then finish your listing in your own time; it saves as you go.

    Submit, we check it

    Add photos and your insurance, press Submit, and we review it within two working days.

  3. 3

    Groups book you

    Your page goes live. Bookings arrive in your dashboard, and we pay you the working day after each event.

Private chefs, cocktail classes, life drawing and pamper sessions are the most booked, but we list nearly 70 kinds of activity. If yours isn't on the form's list, choose 'Something else'.

How the money works

You set the price. We do the chasing.

  • The group pays us a deposit when they book and the balance before the event, never on the day.
  • We keep 15% and pay you the rest by bank transfer the working day after the event, with a statement.
  • Travel for a far-off house is added to the group's quote as its own line, so it never comes out of your price.

Questions suppliers ask us

How much do you take?

A percentage of what the customer pays for your services, extras and travel, shown live as you type your price below. You set the customer price; we add nothing on top.

Do groups book me instantly, or do you check first?

You choose, service by service. Instant booking lets groups book and pay for any day your calendar shows as free. Or choose to be asked first: you get each request by email and in your dashboard, and accept, decline or suggest another time within the hours you set. Nothing is charged until you accept.

Can I list more than one thing?

Yes. Add each thing a group can book as its own service, with its own price and description. They share your coverage, travel and availability settings.

How is travel charged?

You choose: travel built into your price, or a rate per mile after an optional free distance. We work out the miles from your base postcode to the house and add it to the group's quote automatically, so you never have to quote it yourself.

When do I get paid?

The customer pays us — a deposit when they book and the balance before the event. We pay you by bank transfer the working day after the experience, minus our commission, and email you when it’s sent. Your dashboard keeps a statement you can download.

Do I have to chase customers for money?

No. You never take payment from a customer we sent you, and you never chase anyone.

What if the customer cancels?

You choose Flexible, Moderate or Strict terms when you apply. They set what you're paid if a group cancels late — half or all of your share, depending on how close to the date. Customers book on our own terms, which are always at least as strict, so it is always covered.

Can I change my prices later?

Yes, from your own account. Changes are checked by us before they go live, usually within a working day.

Am I tied in?

No. Either side can end the listing with 30 days' notice. Bookings already confirmed are honoured.

What happens after I start?

You confirm your email and go straight to your own listing page. Fill it in at your own pace — it saves as you go — add your photos and insurance certificate, and press Submit. We review it, usually within two working days. Once approved you get your own login, where you add your bank details for payouts.
