How far in advance should I book a luxury group house?

For popular dates such as bank holiday weekends, school holidays, and summer months, we recommend enquiring 6–12 months in advance. Some of our most sought-after properties are booked well ahead. Midweek and off-peak dates are generally easier to secure.
