Mill House is a beautiful, stylish contemporary steading conversion sleeping 22 guests across 9 bedrooms, set on the historic Ormidale estate on Argyll's Secret Coast. At its heart is a magnificent open-plan living and entertainment area of 75 square metres — the kind of single, generous space a large group actually wants, where everyone can eat, relax and stay together rather than splitting across small rooms. Alongside it there are two TV rooms and a playroom, so there is somewhere quieter to retreat to. The house has underfloor heating throughout and an open fire, with a hot tub, sauna, tennis court, pool table, table tennis, darts and full Sky TV. Bikes and golf clubs are available for guests to use. Mill House can be taken self-catering or fully catered, for full weeks or for weekends. The estate sits near the Kyles of Bute, an outstanding base for cycling, walking, sailing, fishing and golf in jaw-dropping scenery, and is around an hour and a half from Glasgow. A ground-level two bedroom Garden Cottage is available alongside the house for up to 8 additional guests, and the neighbouring Ormidale House and The Old Barn can be booked together for larger gatherings of up to 75.
