A games house is a different search from a house that happens to have a games room. One is a category; the other is a checkbox. If you only need the amenity filter, use houses with games rooms. This page is for groups where the games provision is the actual reason for the booking.
The distinction matters more than it sounds. A pool table in a cold garage gets used once, politely, on the first evening. What Makes a House a Games House
The honest test is whether the games survive a wet Saturday.
