Wern Manor is a characterful historic manor house in North Wales, available exclusively for large group stays.
Sleeping up to 19 guests across the Manor and two cottages, Wern is particularly suited to extended family gatherings, reunions, milestone celebrations and groups of friends looking for somewhere genuinely special to spend time together. For smaller groups there is the option of renting the Manor on its own (sleeping 10) or adding just one of the cottages. Contact us for pricing.
The Manor combines spacious accommodation with generous communal areas, giving larger groups plenty of room to gather together while still having space to relax.
Set within its own 15-acre grounds, Wern offers the atmosphere and character of a country house while providing a comfortable and private base from which to explore Snowdonia, the Llŷn Peninsula and the North Wales coast.
Wern is particularly suited to groups looking for a memorable place to gather, celebrate and spend time together.

If notification of cancellation is received before the balance due date, 25% of the total booking price (the deposit) is payable. If notification of cancellation is received between 8 weeks and 4 weeks before arrival, 60% of the total booking price is payable. If notification of cancellation is received less than 4 weeks before arrival, 80% of the total booking price is payable. We will always try and re-let the Property. If we are able to re-let the Property, we will refund money paid less our administrative costs (£50) and subject to any difference in price between the Booking Price and the re-let price.

All bedrooms in the main house are on the ground floor and historic doors are comfortably wide. Most suitable are the Butler's Pantry and the Housekeeper's room. The remaining three bedrooms have a single step entrance. The en-suite bathrooms have generous showers and a shower stool can be provided on request. There are three steps into the main entrance porch (ramp available to side door on requests) and grounds are mainly lawn and pebbled drive and courtyard which limits wheelchair access somewhat.
