Nestled in the heart of the beautiful East Devon countryside, Three Gates Farm offers five charming self-catering holiday cottages, thoughtfully converted from traditional 17th-century farm buildings.
Guests can enjoy a fantastic range of on-site facilities, including a large heated indoor swimming pool (33ft), sauna, fitness room, children's play area, trampoline, and over two acres of grounds to explore, unwind, or simply let the kids run free.
Ideally located just 15 minutes from the M5, Three Gates Farm provides the perfect base for discovering Devon's many attractions. From the stunning landscapes of Exmoor National Park to the spectacular North and South Devon coastlines, there is something for everyone within easy reach.
Our comfortable 4-star cottages can accommodate up to 22 guests in total and are fully equipped with central heating, dishwashers, flat-screen TVs, DVD players, and complimentary WiFi.
Surrounded by rolling farmland and abundant wildlife, Three Gates Farm is a peaceful retreat where guests can relax and recharge. The beautifully restored farm buildings retain many original features, including exposed timbers and stonework, blending historic character with modern comfort.
We are located on the outskirts of the village of Huntsham, just three miles from the picturesque town of Bampton, which offers an excellent selection of pubs, restaurants, cafés, and independent shops. The market town of Tiverton is also only five miles away.
We are pet-friendly and warmly welcome well-behaved dogs.
