The lounge seats 14 on leather Chesterfield sofas around an open fire, with a Smart TV. The dining room seats 14 around a large table, with an original Pugin-designed fireplace. The kitchen is split into two areas, with a wood-burning stove, a Belling electric range cooker with 2 fan ovens, 2 full-size dishwashers, an American fridge freezer, a second full-size fridge and a second dining table for 8 to 10.

Down in the cellar there's a 15-seat cinema with a 75-inch Smart TV and soundbar. The washing machine and tumble dryer are down there too.
