About Dukes Lodge
Victorian farmhouse, Newly renovated to the highest standards. Silver Green Business award. All rooms ensuite, 2 lounges both with 65inch smart TVs with Netflix etc. Full fibre broadband to the house and every bedroom. All rooms can be a superking or a twin. The 2 family rooms can be 3 singles or a superking and a single.One bedroom adapted for those less mobile, and full wheelchair access to the downstairs rooms, and the terraces outside. There is an enormous kitchen/diner with one large table everyone can sit round. with doors opening onto huge terraced areas with a BBQ and pizza oven.There is a large hot tub, a full sized table tennis table and over an acre of enclosed lawn area for playing games. Inside, the games room boasts a 3 way games table with air hockey, billiards and ping pong. There is also a large Subbuteo table, a keyboard and a cupboard filled with games. Dogs are welcome.
