The expansive kitchen-dining area offers sea views and opens into a sunroom – perfect for unwinding. The dining area includes a second wood-burning stove and a table for 10. The modern kitchen is equipped with a double oven, microwave, induction hob, and a kitchen island with a built-in Sonos speaker system.

Additional amenities include a L'or coffee machine, undercounter fridge/wine fridge, boiling water tap, dishwasher, and a utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer.

The front and back gardens are fenced and gated and secure for dogs, unless they can jump over gates of course!

Upstairs, a central open hallway leads to five uniquely designed bedrooms. The master bedroom and pink bedroom offer stunning sea views, while others open to a south-facing sun terrace. The level lawn is ideal for croquet, and is the perfect place for star gazing on a clear night!
