Ashcombe Lodge is a spacious detached home offering 2,000+ sq ft in High Salvington, Worthing, West Sussex. Five double bedrooms provide six double beds, comfortably accommodating up to 12 guests for leisure breaks, corporate stays, relocation, insurance accommodation and project or contractor teams.
Three downstairs living areas give everyone space to relax, socialise or enjoy some privacy. The garden facing games and dining room features a 6-foot pool table, while bi-fold doors open onto a landscaped garden. A piano adds to the entertainment.
Every bedroom has a large-screen television, Sky Stream, Netflix Premium and its own sound system. Sky Full Fibre 900 broadband, a dual-screen workstation and additional desks make working away from home convenient.
The house has two bathrooms and a separate downstairs WC. Driveway parking accommodates four vehicles, with space for up to two more directly outside.
