Skapya Treehouse takes escapism to a different level. Not only do you have vast Cornish skies overhead as you look up from your private balcony (4 metres above the ground), but you also have a canopy of mature oak, beech and ash trees before you, swaying in the breeze. This peaceful spot, set 30 metres away from Kalmynsi Treehouse, places you at eye-level with the trees and brings Woodpeckers, Chiffchaffs, Owls and bats into view at dawn and dusk. Exclusive to Skapya is your own secret clearing amongst the trees next to an ancient bluebell wood. Here you can soak under the stars in the log-fired Weltevree Dutch Loveseat hot tub, huddle together cooking marshmallows over the fire pit or watch the stars come out through the tree canopy above.

Hand-built from the finest cedar and rooted into the earth as naturally as if it had grown on its own, Kalmynsi is a beautiful, quiet space. Here, two of you (and your pet pooch) can hunker down by the log burner, with the vintage record player turning, enjoying some deep R&R. Kalmynsi Treehouse is set 30 metres away from Skapya Treehouse on a gentle hillside hidden from view amongst ash, beech and oak trees. The treehouse is also bordered by our 3-acre field, some of which we have recently planted to create a new woodland, which you are free to explore. Partially sunken into the hillside is an outdoor lounging area surrounded by mature hedging. Here you will be greeted with a handmade Japanese design deep soak hot tub, chiminea and seating area reserved just for you.

Restore your calm at Daskor Treehouse. Daskor, Cornish for ‘restore’, was designed to blend into its surroundings. Partially sunk into the landscape and clad on all sides with UK grown Larch, it rises out of the ground like the new woodland surrounding it, and ends on the elevated balcony, itself crafted from locally grown Chestnut from just 10 miles away. Daskor Treehouse is set 30 metres away from Kalmynsi on a gentle hillside. The treehouse is located in the new 1 acre woodland we started planting in 2022 and borders our 2-acre field, which you are free to explore and picnic in. On your own private deck you will find the outdoor stone bath to while away the evening enjoying your view of the treetops or enjoying morning breakfast or dinner in the adjacent seating.
