A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking - if the booking is made within 60 days of your arrival date then your full stay fee will be required at the time of booking. We take a £3000 damage deposit for all bookings made which is refundable within 14 days of your departure providing no damages were incurred. Cancellation policy: When the guest cancels - More than 12 weeks before arrival: Payments refunded, less 5% of the total stay fee for administration. 12 weeks or less but more than 60 days before arrival: The 50% booking deposit may be retained. Any balance and damage deposit already paid are refunded. 60 days or less before arrival: All accommodation payments made may be retained. The damage deposit is refunded. Guests must reimburse catering, beverage and other preparation costs already incurred, plus VAT where applicable. If Newton cancels before arrival, the terms provide for a full refund of the booking deposit, accommodation balance and damage deposit.
